About Lisa McDonald... Lisa brings to the table a strong background in sales, marketing, and negotiation, which are three of the most important principals of a successful realtor. A fun loving sense of humour and genuine care for her clients keeps them coming back to her time and again. Lisa lives in Streetsville with her partner, a Firefighter with the Mississauga Fire Department, and their dog Rosie and Minnie the Cat.
About Fatma Nadhir...Fatma was born in Mombasa, Kenya, East Africa and began her new life in Canada in 1999. Fluent in English and Swahili, she is also knowledgeable in Urdu and Arabic. Upon her arrival to Canada she spent some time in Toronto and eventually moved to Brampton with her my husband and two boys in 2011.
Fatma’s area of study was in business, achieving a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Honours. Afterwards, she worked in Finance and Human Resources helping her to gain exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Though out her life she has always had a passion for Real Estate and decided to take a leap of faith and started her own Business helping families achieve their dreams! This type of work provides Fatma with great joy and satisfaction when she can assist people realize their dreams of home ownership. It is both thrilling and a privilege to be a part of this critical process in their lives.

About Brett Fortin...Born and raised in Battersea Ontario, just north of Kingston, I was taught from a young age how to be an entrepreneur and people person. My father John Fortin had his own successful wedding rental business, and my mother Stephanie was a psychologist at KGH. After working for my father for many years and learning everything from how to work 18 hour days, 7 days a week, to how to make sure every client was completely satisfied, I decided to go out on my own. After moving around Canada I finally ended up in Toronto.
I discovered one of my passions in life while living in Saskatchewan, where I had the opportunity start a career in construction. This is where I started my understanding of house construction and everything that went along with it. I was very fortunate to have a foreman that would go on to teach me most of what I know about how a house is built, how to maintain it, and how to improve it. The skills I learned there have been of great help when dealing with real estate, whether it be advising clients on potential problems, to inexpensive and effective ways they can improve their homes for both buyers and sellers.
The second career I had a natural talent for was direct marketing. This is the other best example of a career that really pushed me to my inevitable career of real estate. I was with that company for over 2 years where I quickly climbed the ladder, and within months I had my own team that I was managing. The owner of this company also ended up being another great mentor of mine, and really instilled in me that all problems in life, no matter how big, have a solution. The confidence, sales, and negotiation skills I learned are probably the most important that I have brought into my real estate business.
All in all, without even realizing I had been moulding myself for what I consider to be an incredibly rewarding real estate career.
My past skills and experience have equipped me so well to be able to assist my clients in reaching their real estate goals and to help them make great real estate decisions and I love what I do!
